Privacy Policy

Effective date: 30 October 2026 · Applies to the website of REZYN Agency and to the internal application "REZYN Agency" that connects to Google Drive.

1. Who we are

REZYN Agency ("we", "us") is a content management and digital media agency. Contact for any privacy question: rezynagency@gmail.com.

2. Scope of the application

Our application is an internal tool. It connects, with OAuth 2.0, to the Google account of the agency only, in order to organise media files in the agency's own Google Drive folders. It is not offered to the public, and it never accesses the Google account or the Drive of any other person.

3. Google user data we access

  • Google Drive files and their metadata (file name, type, size, dates, parent folder) located in the dedicated folders of the agency's Drive where our partners deposit media files.
  • The email address of the connected Google account, used only to check that the authorised account is the agency's account.

We do not access Gmail, Contacts, Calendar or any other Google service.

4. How we use this data

The data is used only to provide the application's single function:

  • download a file deposited in a dedicated folder;
  • remove technical metadata embedded in the file (camera, location, software tags) without altering the image;
  • give the file a neutral name, upload the cleaned copy to the agency's "ready" folder and move the original to an archive folder of the same Drive.

The application has no function to delete files from Drive. It does not use the data for advertising, profiling, credit assessment or any purpose unrelated to this function.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use

REZYN Agency's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

  • we use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing function described above;
  • we do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide that function, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with notice to users;
  • we do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalised or interest-based advertising;
  • we do not sell Google user data, and we do not use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes;
  • no human reads Google user data obtained through the application, unless we have the explicit consent of the account owner for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes (for example investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymised for internal operations;
  • we do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised machine-learning models.

6. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Google user data. Files stay in the agency's own Google Drive. Processing takes place on a server rented by the agency from a European hosting provider, which acts only as infrastructure provider.

7. Storage, security and retention

  • A file is copied to the agency's server only for the time needed to clean it, and the temporary copy is deleted immediately after processing.
  • The OAuth access token is stored on that server in a file readable only by the dedicated service account, and is never published or shared.
  • Technical logs (file identifier, time, result of the operation) are kept for monitoring and are deleted after at most 12 months.
  • Data is transmitted to and from Google over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Revoking access and deleting data

Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account, at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the application then stops immediately. To request deletion of the access token and of the logs related to your files, write to rezynagency@gmail.com: we delete them within 30 days and confirm by email.

9. Website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers and does not collect personal data. Our hosting provider may process technical connection data (such as IP address) for security purposes.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to rezynagency@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France: CNIL).

11. Changes

We will publish any change to this policy on this page, with a new effective date.

2. Périmètre de l'application

Notre application est un outil interne. Elle se connecte par OAuth 2.0 au seul compte Google de l'agence, pour organiser les fichiers médias des dossiers du Drive de l'agence. Elle n'est pas proposée au public et n'accède jamais au compte ni au Drive d'une autre personne.

3. Données Google utilisées

  • Les fichiers Google Drive et leurs métadonnées (nom, type, taille, dates, dossier parent) situés dans les dossiers dédiés du Drive de l'agence, où nos partenaires déposent des fichiers médias.
  • L'adresse e-mail du compte Google connecté, uniquement pour vérifier qu'il s'agit bien du compte de l'agence.

Aucun accès à Gmail, Contacts, Agenda ni à un autre service Google.

4. Usage

Uniquement pour la fonction de l'application : télécharger un fichier déposé dans un dossier dédié, retirer ses métadonnées techniques (appareil, localisation, logiciel) sans modifier l'image, lui donner un nom neutre, déposer la copie nettoyée dans le dossier « prêt » et déplacer l'original dans un dossier d'archive du même Drive. L'application ne comporte aucune fonction de suppression. Aucune utilisation publicitaire, de profilage ou étrangère à cette fonction.

5. Règles Google — « Limited Use »

L'utilisation et le transfert, par REZYN Agency, des informations reçues des API Google respectent la Google API Services User Data Policy, y compris les exigences « Limited Use » : usage limité à la fonction décrite, aucun transfert à des tiers (sauf obligation légale ou nécessité de la fonction), aucune publicité, aucune revente, aucune évaluation de crédit, aucune lecture humaine hors consentement, sécurité ou obligation légale, aucun entraînement de modèles d'apprentissage automatique.

6. Partage

Nous ne vendons, ne louons et ne partageons aucune donnée Google. Les fichiers restent dans le Drive de l'agence. Le traitement a lieu sur un serveur loué par l'agence chez un hébergeur européen, simple prestataire d'infrastructure.

7. Conservation et sécurité

Copie temporaire sur le serveur le temps du nettoyage, effacée aussitôt. Jeton d'accès stocké sur le serveur dans un fichier lisible par le seul compte de service dédié. Journaux techniques (identifiant de fichier, heure, résultat) supprimés au plus tard après 12 mois. Échanges avec Google chiffrés (HTTPS).

8. Révocation et suppression

L'accès se révoque à tout moment sur myaccount.google.com/permissions ; l'application s'arrête aussitôt. Pour demander la suppression du jeton et des journaux liés à vos fichiers : rezynagency@gmail.com — suppression sous 30 jours, confirmée par e-mail.

9. Site web

Ce site n'utilise ni cookie, ni mesure d'audience, ni traceur, et ne collecte aucune donnée personnelle. L'hébergeur peut traiter des données techniques de connexion (adresse IP) à des fins de sécurité.

10. Vos droits

Conformément au RGPD : droits d'accès, de rectification, d'effacement et d'opposition, par e-mail à rezynagency@gmail.com. Réclamation possible auprès de la CNIL.
